Elliot enjoys an outstanding reputation for his facility with the forensic aspects of insolvency work, although his commitment to the "Rescue Culture" ensures that his goal remains to ensure the survival of the business wherever possible.

When not working, Elliot is often to be found indulging his love and enjoyment of sport of many varieties, generally from a suitably comfortable vantage point. However, as a keen supporter of Manchester United he has, from time to time, been known to brave the elements for the right cause.

Subsequently - due in large part to his succesful launch of several Icelandic skincare products to the UK market (Moa/Taer Icelandic) - Andrew has found himself increasingly involved in the branding and selling of cosmetics in the UK. More recently these include Dr. Bragi (also Icelandic) and Z01 (the UK name of an established Australian suncare brand) which became one of Wallpaper magazine’s Products of the Year.

Huw Williams

Having trained with Oury Clark to become a Chartered Accountant in 2006, Huw rejoined the firm following what is now affectionately referred to as “the sabbatical” in March 2007, and became a Partner in September 2009.

Huw oversees the Business Services Group (“BSG”) for the firm, dealing with their Management accounting needs and ensuring that business interests are well looked after in the UK.

Huw is also very involved in transactional work for corporate finance transactions where his Excel skills are put to good use in modelling (he hastens to add, “off-camera”) for businesses in terms of their future prospects and anticipated results. He is also a general accounting practitioner and advises on a range of accounting and taxation matters to SMEs with a particular slant towards international businesses investing into the UK.

Huw qualified as a Chartered Accountant following obtaining a German Degree at the University of Liverpool also in 2006. Whilst his German language skills grow ever “rustig” he still continues to enjoy a good handle on the language and seeks to put that to good use wherever he can.

When not at work, Huw is a keen participant in amateur dramatics and has been known to tread the boards with local societies to the good humour of many staff at the firm. He is also a keen cook.
