Biography

Rachel joined Oury Clark in August 2006 and became a partner in 2008. She is involved in the firm’s Corporate Finance Department, focusing on due diligence and transaction support services. Rachel is also a general accounting practitioner advising on a range of accounting and taxation aspects for SME’s, sole traders or partnerships, acting for both UK businesses and advising on inward investment clients primarily from North America, looking to establish an office in the UK. Rachel has extensive audit experience across a broad range of business sectors.

She qualified as a chartered accountant in 2001 and a chartered tax advisor in 2011. She joined the world of accountancy after obtaining a BSc in food science and microbiology from the University of Surrey.
