4 Pre-screen CV's Review and select CV's, shortlist top potential candidates. £2.50 Per CV reviewed 0%
5 Telephone Interviews** Telephone interview with candidate in order to establish core values, team fit potential, experience and skills set. Phone interviews will be summarised under these headings, and delivered to client. £25 Per phone interview 5%
6 Face to Face Interviews** Initial personal interview to ensure person is appropriate for the second interview stage. £150 Per one to one interview 8%
7 Client Interview and Post Client Management Review** Set up and organise interview, brief client and candidate. Feedback from client and candidate. £350 Fixed fee single payment 8%
XX Alternative traditional commission structure     25%
