With at least three trips being made by partners to Australia each year, we have built long-standing relationships with numerous Australian clients, business representatives and the local offices of Department for International Trade (formerly UKTI).
Whilst the language is the same, some translation is necessary to understand some nuance in the approach to UK business and contracts. The experience we have over this time means that we understand these differences and are best placed to help you make a success of your UK market entry (from a legal/tax structuring and a general approach to doing business in the UK). Based on our experiences, we are able to offer an insight across both legal and tax systems and can provide an holistic approach to the questions Australian businesses have when considering their expansion into the UK.
