Oury Clark has been active in the Swedish region for a long time, and we have the pleasure of advising both large, listed clients as well as small and medium sized companies on all aspects of their UK businesses.
We have an office with Swedish speaking staff in central Stockholm, Sweden since 2004. As we always strive to be as accessible as possible to our clients, it is important for us to be able to respond quickly to enquiries and help bridge cultural or language barriers that inevitably occur in international business. The local presence also enables us to manage projects on behalf of our clients even more efficiently, and to nurture and grow our network of partners in the region.

Prior to joining Oury Clark in the spring of 2004, Håkan spent five years at the Swedish Trade Council in London, where he gained strategic as well as hands-on experience about market entry issues facing Scandinavian companies on the UK market. He has primarily worked with Swedish companies in various industry sectors, including Food, Retail, Financial Services, Property, Cosmetics, Media and Transport.
Håkan is the head of Oury Clark´s offices in central Stockholm, Sweden and he works closely with our Nordic clients on issues like business development, project management, acquisitions and market analysis. The focus is on assisting Scandinavian companies to establish a presence or expand in the UK, as well as representing companies who want to enter the Scandinavian markets.
Håkan lives in Stockholm, but travels regularly to London/UK and other parts of Europe on business. He is married with one child. In his spare time, Håkan enjoys food and restaurants, music, sports and spending time with his family and friends. In the summertime, he rarely misses an opportunity to enjoy the Stockholm archipelago.
