Oury Clark has been active in North America for more than ten years and has assisted a large number of companies with their entry into the UK market, such companies often using the UK as a stepping stone into Europe. During this time, we have become entirely familiar with the needs of North American companies and the issues that they regularly face from accounting issues (US verses UK GAAP) to treasury returns.

We regularly work with UK Trade & Investment, our own Government Agency, as well as the US Commercial Service based out of the American Embassy here in London. We are accredited service providers with both. We are also members of the British American Business Council.

As a firm, we are regular visitors to the US and are keen to give added value in the services that we offer. Using the broad breadth of services across the Oury Clark Group, we can provide a comprehensive and efficient service so as to streamline entry to the UK and deal with your on-going compliance needs.

Toby Smith will be in California week commencing 17th June 2013, this visit will include San Francisco and Palo Alto. Amy Smith will be in the US during the same week visiting Washington and Connecticut. Rachel Lockwood will be in Minneapolis at the end of June.
