Biography

George studied Biochemistry at Imperial College London and then completed the law conversion course and was admitted as a Solicitor in September 2022.

George’s primary focus is Corporate and Commercial Law, of which intellectual property and trade mark matters are core competencies along with his work in supporting on the acquisition and disposal of businesses (buyer and seller side), as well as company reorganisations and other corporate legal matters.

He also supports on the Litigation side of the firm and most recently he has been involved in a commercial case on behalf of a prominent US automobile component manufacturer, in product liability and vehicle recall cases.

Prior to completing his legal training with Oury Clark, he worked as a paralegal for a specialist Intellectual Property firm and during this time he worked on numerous international pharmaceutical and technology patent cases in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.
