Biography

Jamie is an Associate Solicitor at Oury Clark Solicitors. He primarily specialises in Corporate and Commercial Law Matters.

Before joining OC Solicitors, Jamie qualified into the Corporate department of a boutique law firm in London, with a focus on M&A transactions.

Jamie also spent considerable time working in-house for the UK’s leading videogames retailer where he combined his knowledge of technology and videogames with his commercial expertise.

Jamie is currently aiming to sit the New York Bar Exam in 2021 and is learning piano in his spare time.
