Overview of the Role
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a marketing professional who thrives on creativity, collaboration, and getting things done. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director to bring strategic ideas to life, executing campaigns, shaping narratives, and helping us connect with clients in meaningful ways.
You’ll be joining a full-stack marketing team, meaning we do it all. From brand strategy and storytelling to SEO, automation, design, and analytics, we even market a podcast! We’re hands-on, cross-functional, and always learning.
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Execution
- Translate high-level marketing strategy into actionable plans and campaigns.
- Own the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across digital, email, social, events, and content.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality outputs on time and on brand.
Content & Storytelling
- Craft compelling copy for web, social, email, and presentations.
- Develop marketing materials that support business development and client engagement.
- Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with our brand voice.
Campaigns & Channels
- Manage and optimise multi-channel campaigns with a focus on performance and ROI.
- Use CMS and automation tools to drive engagement and nurture leads.
- Support SEO, analytics, and reporting to inform future strategy.
Collaboration & Culture
- Be a sounding board for ideas: someone who says, “how can we make this work?” not “no.”
- Work closely with the Marketing Director, contributing ideas and taking ownership of execution.
- Foster a positive, ego-free team environment where creativity and curiosity thrive.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within professional services, consultancy, or agency-style environments.
- A broad marketing skillset across digital, email, social, events, and content.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills – able to tell stories that resonate.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with a love for learning and collaboration.
- No ego, just a desire to do great work with good people.
Bonus Points For
- Familiarity with CRM, CMS, automation, and AI-driven content tools.
- Experience working across the full marketing stack – from strategy to analytics.
