His current role as Global Head of Industry & Regulatory Affairs at Encompass has him overseeing relationships with Industry Analysts and Regulatory Agencies with a focus on raising Encompass’ profile as a leader in addressing financial crime through RegTech solutions.

Henry's basically a bit of a boss when it comes to advising banks, money service businesses and financial technology firms on implementing compliance solutions related to anti-money laundering (AML), KYC and OFAC sanctions interdiction processes and solutions. He's also managed consulting practices for some of the largest companies in the world including Accenture, IBM and Pegasystems.

And if that wasn't enough, Henry also lectures and publishes research related to the impact of AML penalties and regulations on banking sector valuations in the US and Europe, and holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, an MBA from Northern Illinois University and BS in Economics, International Trade and Development from the London School of Economics.
