This role is for someone who can design, develop, and deploy solutions, as well collaborate across the business and strategise.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead AI & Automation Execution: Design and implement AI-powered solutions (e.g. copilots, document intelligence, workflow automation, knowledge systems).
  • Hands-On Delivery: Prototype, build, and deploy solutions using modern tools, platforms, and APIs.
  • Build Scalable Solutions: Introduce cloud-based systems, data pipelines, and automation frameworks.
  • Transform Operations: Streamline accounting and legal workflows using AI and automation.
  • Partner with the Business: Work closely with Partners and teams to identify and deliver individual solutions.
  • Drive Adoption: Ensure solutions are embedded into daily workflows through training and iteration.
  • Technology Roadmap: Define a clear, execution-focused roadmap aligned to business priorities.

What we are looking for 

  • Proven experience delivering AI, automation, or digital transformation solutions within a professional services environment.
  • Strong technical capability with hands-on implementation experience.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, AI tools, APIs, and automation frameworks.
  • A product mindset with focus on usability and measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
  • Builder first, strategist second.
  • Pragmatic and outcome driven.
  • Curious and experimental with emerging technologies.
  • High energy, low ego, high impact
