The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Equity Partners during a maternity cover period. This is a key role requiring exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and proactive organisational skills. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic, professional services environment and enjoy managing a diverse and fast-paced workload.

Diverse and varied role providing administration support across the business

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to Equity Partners.
  • Manage complex diaries, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, appointments, and client engagements.
  • Coordinate and manage international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, visas, and logistics.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support with expense management, time recording, and billing processes.
  • Proactively manage competing priorities and deadlines in a busy environment.
  • Assist with event planning and firm-wide administrative initiatives as required.
Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience as a PA, EA, or Team Assistant within professional services (ideally accountancy, legal, or consultancy).
  • Strong diary and travel management experience across multiple time zones.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Discreet, adaptable, and confident dealing with senior stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
