Biography

Caroline Gregory was educated in the South East of England and Switzerland and started her career in Human Resources with Pepsi where she won awards for her dedication within the Human Resources team    She also founded Arlington Recruitment Ltd, a recruitment firm, which subsequently became part of the Oury Clark “Group” of professional services companies, still running to this day.

She then became Head of HR at Oury Clark in 2010, and a full Equity Partner in 2017  At Oury Clark she is responsible for the welfare of all employees, hiring of talent, and running the Headquarter Offices.  She is passionate about supporting people, and supporting them in their journey to progress to all they can be, across Oury Clark.
