In order to help us to give you the best service we have set up procedures to comply with the Institute’s Bye-Laws regarding the investigation of complaints.

If at any time you would like to discuss with us how our service to you could be improved or if you are dissatisfied with the service you are receiving, please let us know by telephoning our senior partner Richard Oury on 01753 551111.

We undertake to look into any complaint carefully and promptly and to do all we can to explain the position to you. If we have given you a less than satisfactory service we undertake to do everything reasonable to put it right and if you are still not satisfied you may of course take up matters with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

A summary of our internal complaints handling procedures for the reasonable and prompt handling of complaints is available on request and if you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service at www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk or by contacting them on 0800 0234 567.
