Biography

Olivia joined Oury Clark in 2021 as an Associate Solicitor, her primary focus is Corporate and Commercial Law.

Olivia advises on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters and is experienced in advising on commercial contracts and agreements across all sectors. In particular, assisting start-ups with putting in place the necessary Terms and Conditions, commercial contracts and policies, to allow them to focus on the development of their business.
