Training & Development

Trainee Chartered Accountants (ACA)

We encourage all Chartered Accountants to take their Chartered Tax exams and will support staff in any learning that increases their skill base and knowledge. Whether that’s languages, Tax, or another profession such as Corporate Finance, Financial Services or otherwise.

Qualification:

ACA – www.ICAEW.com
Generally considered to be the best UK Chartered Accounting qualification.

Trainee Solicitors

We believe strongly in providing hands on and wide-ranging experience.

A 3-year training program that incorporates:-

One year as a paralegal where your experience is mixed and wide ranging to give you a better idea of the areas of law you are interested in and do well in. We then train for 2 years in a more focussed manner. Responsibility is given from the start and we encourage broad commercial training.

We support the Professional Skills Courses whilst training.

Trainee Financial Advisors

CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning

Incorporating modules:

Financial services, regulation & ethics/Investment principles and risk/Personal taxation/Pensions and retirement planning/Financial protection/Financial planning practice

Trainee Chartered Tax Advisors

CIOT CTA

The Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) offers the highest-level tax qualification in the UK. Most typical CTA students complete the modular seven exams in two to three years.

ATT

ATT is the leading professional body for those providing UK tax compliance services. 

There is a two years' practical tax experience requirement for membership, and this is usually enough time to complete the examinations.

Trainee Insolvency Practitioners

Non- qualified professionals: CPI qualification.
