The Solicitors Regulation Authority has published Transparency Rules to ensure consumers have the information they need to make an informed choice of legal service providers.

Our pricing (excluding VAT) for preparation and submission of immigration applications that we typically act on behalf of individuals:

  • UK Sponsor Licence
    • Skilled Worker £5,500 – £7,000
    • Skilled Worker & Global Business Mobility £6,000 – £7,000
    • UK Expansion Worker £7,000 – £8,500
  • UK Sponsor Licence (adding a category separately)
    • Skilled Worker or Global Business Mobility to UK Expansion Sponsor Licence £4,500 – £6,0000
    • Skilled Worker or Global Business Mobility to other Sponsor Licence £3,000 – £4,0000
  • UK Work Permit (Main Applicant)
    • Skilled Worker: Outside the UK £3,500
    • Skilled Worker: Inside the UK (extension, change of employment or switch) £3,500
    • Global Business Mobility: Outside the UK £3,500
    • Global Business Mobility: Inside the UK £3,500
    • Expansion Worker: Outside the UK £3,500

  • UK Work Permit (Dependents)

    • Dependent Spouse or Child applying with main applicant: non-complex £2,500 – £3,500

  • British Citizenship
    • British Passport: non-complex £2,000 – £2,500
    • British Registration: non-complex £2,500 – £3,500
  • Compliance Services Fees
    • Post Licence Compliance Package £300 per month
    • Home Office Mock Audit £5,000 – £8,500 (subject to company size)
    • Internal File Review £1,500
    • HR or Global Mobility Training £1,500
    • Right to Work Training £1,500
    • Authorising Officer Training £1,500
    • Compliance Packs £150 per pack
  • Consultation
    • Consultation followed by full written advice (redeemable if proceeding with application within 14 days) £500

VAT of 20% will be added to the above fees where applicable

 

 

What services are included

The work will involve:

  • Advising you on the supporting evidence required for your application;
  • Considering the supporting evidence you have provided;
    • Where necessary, helping you obtain further evidence (such as bank statements, accounts and insurance cover);
  • Finalising your application and assisting with the visa submission process;
  • Giving you advice about the outcome of the application and any further steps you need to take (including compliance obligations).

Disbursements (not included in costs set out above):
Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as visa fees. We handle the payment of the disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smoother process.
The costs quoted here do not include:

  • Any Home Office fees for making the application. You will pay this to the Home Office directly as part of the application process.
  • Where the Home Office refuse your application, advice and assistance in relation to any appeal

What Services are not included

The above costs will not include the following but we have set out the typical costs (excluding VAT) below:

  • Discussing your circumstances in detail and confirming whether this is the most appropriate application for you to make and what other options may be available to you – cost £750 – £1,500 depending on the complexity of the case;
  • Giving you advice about the requirements of the Immigration Rules and whether you meet the criteria – cost £750 – £1,500 depending on the complexity.
  • If you do not fulfil certain criteria, whether this can be overcome and how – cost £500-£1,000 depending on the complexity;

How long will my application take?

We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process your application. Read the current processing times.

We will normally be able to submit this type of application within 2-8 weeks of you instructing us, but this is dependent on how quickly you can provide us with the information requested.  We will let you know at the earliest opportunity if it is likely to take longer than this.

Please note the anticipated number of hours and fees are an estimate based on the facts above. All applications are likely to vary and of course, we can give you a more accurate estimate once we have more information about your specific case.
